  Clean Autogas > Commercial Mowers

Most of us wouldn't consider lawn care equipment as a major source of pollution.  However, the Environmental Protection Agency estimates that gasoline powered mowers produce up to 10 percent of the nation's air pollution.  A single gasoline powered mower produces as much pollution as 40 automobiles.  In addition, it is estimated that spills from pumping gas into cans and overfilling mowers result in 17 million gallons of wasted gasoline each year, potentially contaminating the soil and water supplies.

Swapping to a propane powered mower would result in a 60% reduction in smog emissions and an 80% reduction in toxic emissions.  In addition to lower emissions, propane is on average 30% less expensive than gasoline or diesel fuels.  The savings are increased even more when you consider there is no possibility of spillage, theft or contamination concerns.

Environmentally conscious communities, golf courses, universities and other institutions will gain huge benefits with improved air quality, while at the same time save green energy through better fuel efficiency and fewer oil changes.  (Click here to see propane mowers in action and hear some testimonials)

By 'going green' with Blossman, not only will you save money and have longer engine life for your mowers, but you'll also have peace of mind in knowing that you are doing your part for the environment.
